ABIL HOUSE - The building is designed with glass frontage and sculpture type of aluminum anodized louvers installed by the Dubai based company and massive surroundings service block peripheral service area cladded with Belgium teak wood. Besides well equipped basement, superbly designed terrace, surrounding and atrium add to the look of the building.
RESIDENTIAL BUNGALOW - Due to the rigid rules two structures were designed – one for actual living and the other designed as a party area with the swimming pool on the first floor with a connecting bridge having sit out for family with a lot of open space overlooking an artistic landscape. Modern and elegant, the building reflects the personality of the occupatant.
RESIDENTIAL PROJECT - Special ceramic tiles of bronze finish in main hall, part portion with Italian marble, mostly plaster surfaces with P. O. P. punning for the best finishes. Terraces are with ceramic tiles, staircases with wooden finish, and ceramic flooring.
RESIDENTIAL - Colonial style skylights at various spots act as special effects. The beauty, lavish style and grandeur of the building are heightened due to the grand colonial staircase, V. I. P. Hall and lobbies. Artifacts and paintings provide the artistic touch.

Qualified as Bachelor of Architecture, Mumbai University. Established Key Designs in 2003, an Architecture, Interior design & Product Design Studio, Mumbai. Today Key Designs has 118 Clients.

 

Has completed various Architectural Projects, both Residential and Commercial. Has accomplished Interior Design Projects spanning Residences, Commercial Spaces and Hospitality. Conceived Product Designs across Carpets, Furniture, Light Fittings and Designs for small business entrepreneurs & enterprises. Holds two Design patents recognized in 130 countries issued by the patent office, certificate of registration of Design by Government of India in the year 2010 & 2011.

 

Initiated Interactive Art Installations that are responding to Humans with Audio Vide, Motion Sensors, Lighting and Technology

 

The Founder Member of Lightning Rod, a Social Awareness initiative to empower Students, Professionals and General Public Against Light Pollution in Urban spaces. He is Member of  Indian Institute of Interior Design also Member for Council of Architecture, India.
