MSCEB_COMMERCIAL_GAJRIA TOWER_2007 - A magnificent abstract building located on Sanabis avenue, with a facade comprising of reflective glazing combined with partly cladded in composite aluminiumpanels. The ground and mezzanine floors have a showroom with 8 floors dedicated to rental0 offices and 9th & 10th floors as residential apartments overlooking north Sea-front. Fabric tensile structure for shades is one of its unique features.
MSCEB_COMMERCIAL_OFFICE BUILDING AT AL EKAR_2007 Located in Al-Ekar, on a 3750sq.m plot, this showroom represents an elegant & modern looking building with curtain wall and metal cladding. Ground, Mezzanine and first floors are used as showrooms while the second floor is used as offices. The overall built up area is 6500sq.m.
MSCEB_RESIDENTIAL_ADLIYA CENTRE_1989 Located on a prominent corner site, the design of this building is characterized by Spanish influence. The building contains shops on the ground floor and 1st floors, with apartments on the upper floors.
MSCEB_RESIDENTIAL_KHADIJA PLAZA_2008 This 18-storied residential building situated at Juffair is the tallest in the vicinity and has 84 Service Apartments which consists of three, two and studio apartments. The 18th floor has an infinity pool along with a health club and business center attached to a cafe building which has a two level car-parking for around 100 cars. The facade is cladded with stone and curtain wall.
MSCEB_RESIDENTIAL_TARIQ ALMOAYED SERVICE APARTMENTS_2005 This Building primarily comprises of service apartments supported by a reception area, restaurant and shops. It mainly consists of two and one bedroom apartments with studio apartments from 1st to 9th floor while the tenth floor has a partly covered swimming pool over-looking north Sea view. The facade has been influence by European architecture.

Mr. S.B. Karpe. The practice has been independent since its inception in June 2010. After leading a celebrated career as a Lead Architect at the MSCEB, Kingdom of Bahrain, for more than 32 years, Mr. Karpe established his own practice in Mumbai with the intention of opening his specialized seasoned knowledge and experienced services to building architecture, landscape architecture and green building technology. The practice has come into existence only recently and hence supporting staff is appointed as and when there is need to cope with work.

Mr. Karpe has conceptualized and executed many deferent facilities such as Office Buildings, Healthcare Facilities, Supermarkets, Shopping Malls, Restaurants, Residential Apartment Buildings and Villas.The following pages indicate his diverse experience .Ar. KARPE his Architectural Proficiency is in Healthcare Facilities.He is Familiar with NFPA 5000, NFP 101, NFP emergency evacuation planning guide for people with Disability also Familiar with health and safety executive standard UK and with National Building Code (NBC) India.

GMCB Refurbishment at Joslin Hospital.

The requirements of isolation, contamination prevention are of prime importance in a healthcare facility.  His Designs comply with these requirements and are blended with aesthetically appropriate features of the facility. He has worked with Mohamed Salahuddin Consulting Engineering Bureau as a Lead Architect (Projects Manager) in Nov 1988 – March2010.
