“One of the reasons of my success is that I had to always compete for my projects in design competitions with the best” . I like to participate in the design competitions and many of my major projects have been won in national design competitions and that is the mantra of my success. I have been practicing in Jaipur for about 25 years. A graduate in Architecture from the University of Nagpur-1974 and a Post Graduate in Town Planning from SPA New Delhi-1978.
After graduation I joined M/s. Pattel Battiwala and Associates , Mumbai where I worked with famous architects like Rustam Pattel a disciple of Frank Lloyd Wright. I have also served in the State Town Planning organization.
In 1982 I left the service of the state Government and went to Nigeria for an overseas assignment. I then returned to India in 1988 and started an independent practice as a Consultant Architect at Jaipur.The enterprise “Pramod Jain & Associates” which was set up in 1988 has risen to new horizon in the cityscape of Jaipur.
During past 25 years we have executed large number of projects related to City Development, Housing, Area Development Plans and Traffic Planning. In addition to the above, variety of Architectural Projects such as Institutional, Government buildings, Commercial complexes, large number of Building for Banking sector, Multiplexes, Sports Pavilions, Hospitals, Schools, Industries, Restoration and Conservation projects related to Heritage, Landscape etc. have also been designed and constructed. We have also designed more than 250 bungalows, some of them are the most prestigious houses made for Prominent Personalities of Jaipur and in many other cities of the country. I also undertake interior designing as a passion to my work. I am also associated with large number of Corporate Houses and several Prestigious Government Projects. All this inspires a high degree of sincerity and thought for design and execution of work. Our clients are prominent Personalities, Institutions and Government Agencies. Our firm is well known in the Construction Industry and in the Design Fraternity.
