EL-CASTLILO, located on Palm Beach Road, a prime location of Navi- Mumbai was envisioned to be a high-end luxury residential apartment tower. NPAPL was assigned to design an interesting façade to transform the regular residential floor plate.
GROWELS 101 - The client approached NPAPL with an intent of Venetian theme for the design of the mall. Concluding the concept of US based designer KMD architects the sprawling 7 lakh sqft retail cum entertainment hub was designed to grab attention of patrons from day one.
The client MOTILAL OSWAL Securities Ltd. Intended to consolidate the corporate activities of the organization spread across city, under one roof, and create a landmark structure for their headquarters. The concept evolved from various juxtapositions of existing building and annex.
IBIS, a project by Red Brick Developer, is an attempt to capture the high end luxury residential market of Suburban Mumbai. Design is inspired from the bird Ibis which has long wings and aspires to soar sky high. The project is conceive, as a residential tower with 24 residential floors with signature 3 BHK residences.
RYAN INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, having a chain of premium educational schools in the city wanted to adapt the interiors of their new school building at Andheri west in Mumbai to a contemporary IB global Institute.

NPAPL

Architect Niteen Parulekar is the Founder and Design Director of NPAPL. A graduate in Bachelor of Architecture from renowned JJ School of Architecture, he holds a successful design practice of more than two decades. He has been known for his experimental innovations and nouveau designs, and is focused on design, conceptualization and creative operations in the firm. His work experiments with spatial quality, in pursuit of a visionary aesthetics. His versatility and progressive leadership has been phenomenal in the development & growth of the firm. He has strategically led the firm in design disciplines of architecture, interiors, hospitality, urban design, healthcare, and entertainment. 

NPAPL uses a collaborative model of senior leadership. Design Director, Niteen Parulekar is the founder member of the company from its inception in 1996. Being Directors Venkat Iyer, Abhijeet Nevrekar, Suhas Nalawade and Associate Director Kshama Rane run the firm operations. Together, they direct and integrate our practices, offices, design and allied teams to serve our clients efficiently round the clock on a pan India basis.
